Viševnik 2.050 m high is above Bled and Bohinj lake .It is accessible all year round. But in winter time crampons are needed.
Normal access is from Rudno polje – biathlon centre, near Hotel Center. First part of trail leads through forest to short lifts. Trail leads stip but easy up . Higher we are, better views we have. Views on South Bohinj mountains and Bohinj lake on one side, on the other on Karavanke and Kamnik Savinja Alps.
After 1,5 – 2,00 hours we reach rocky summit. View on Triglav is magnicant. Down in valley Uskovnica we can recognise cows and other annimals.
Descent the same way. Easy lunch in Hotel Center.
